This Privacy Policy explains how CourseLane (“CourseLane”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and safeguards your information when you use courselane.in (the “Site”). • Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the student’s stage or age group, and the details of your enquiry.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links — through analytics cookies (see “Cookies & analytics”).

We do not collect payment-card or financial information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data beyond what you choose to share in an enquiry.

• To respond to your enquiries and connect you with relevant guidance.

• To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can make it more useful.

Much of our audience is students considering higher education. Where a user is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to provide and consent to any personal details shared with us.
